The main group is now pushing harder, the gap to Nejc Komac (Factor Racing) has gone down to 24 sec with 8 km to go. The peloton already has Nejc in sight.

Nejc Komac (Factor Racing) is now the only rider in the break. He is making a great solo effort, trying to make it to the top of the climb first. Main group is now a minute and a half back.
The breakaway group has fallen apart, Nejc Komac (Factor Racing) is now in the lead. The whole peloton went through Ormož for the first time, the gap is now at under two minutes. 23 km to go!
The first cyclists will be in Ormož soon. After that they need to climb to Jeruzalem, before coming back to Ormož for the race finish.
Gap is still steady, it is at 3’40” at km 100.

Stage from Majšperk to Ormož is very interesting. It will first visit Haloze region so cyclists will have to do some climing right away. Both Stoperce and Donačka gora are cat. IV climb and should not be too much of a challenge, but present a terrain where breakaway riders can look for their opportunites. Cyclists will then do another lap via Ptuj and back to Majšperk before heading towards Ormož.
