New road for the finish of the queen stage

2022 Tour of Slovenia will surely be decided on mountain finish in the 4th stage, the stage that will lead riders from Laško to Velika planina. The last kilometers of the climb now have a new surface and will be the right stage for one of the highlights of the race.

Finish of the 4th stage will be 1197 meters above sea level, which means more than 600 altitude meters for the riders. And this climb comes shortly after climb to Črnivec, with Jesenovo and Trojane earlier in the stage.

Last kilometers of the route were a gravel road a while ago, now there is a new asphalt surface, which will make this climb also a new favorite for many other road cyclists.
