2011 overall winner is back on the race

Teams are sending the last changes about their lineup, team UEA Team Emirates will so came to race with Diego Ulissi, who already won Tour of Slovenia. This means we’ll have two overall winners on the race, Ulissi and Radoslav Rogina.

It’s interesting to know that Diego Ulissi won the race in 2011 against Radoslav Rogina, and won the yellow jersey (now the winner gets green jersey).

Ulissi won 31-times, including 6-times on Giro d'Italia. He took his last victory a week ago on 73rd edition of Gran Premio Città di Lugano, which confirms that he’s in the top form. Team UAE Team Emirates will have him, Tadej Pogačar and Jan Polanc on the race, so expect it at the very top of rankings.
